Job summary

Chick-fil-A North Mount Pleasant is seeking friendly FOH Team Members to welcome guests, take orders at the front counter or drive-thru, and keep the dining area clean in a fast-paced environment.

No prior experience is required. The role includes tuition-free college through University of the Cumberlands online platform, flexible scheduling, Sundays off, competitive pay, free meals and discounts, and scholarship opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 14 years of age upon hire date
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have a source of reliable transportation
• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
• Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
• Must work well under pressure
• Must be able to respond to guest requests and complaints quickly and efficiently
• Work in a high volume, fast paced environment

Responsibilities

• As a FOH Team Member, you will welcome and greet guests in a friendly manner, take and prepare customer orders in either the front counter or drive-thru, maintain cleanliness in the counter and dining room, observe health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile.
• Successful Team Members will conduct themselves with a positive attitude and truthful character demonstrating 2nd mile service to every guest who visits our restaurant.
