Job summary

Express Wash Concepts LLC is seeking a Team Member for Flying Ace Express Car Wash in Richmond, IN. This entry-level position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages, with opportunities to advance within the company.

You'll work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, and participate in ongoing training. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour, with raises tied to training and performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and a professional appearance.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear the required safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and upsell monthly unlimited car wash packages.
• Educate customers on the benefits of our Unlimited Wash Club.
• Greet and exceed customer expectations through long-lasting first impressions.
• Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Maintain quality assurance through accurate Quality Control checks.
• Comply with all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Address customer escalations in a calm and collected manner.
• Understand and operate basic retail equipment (computer, POS, etc.).
• Pitch our membership when interacting with new customers.
• Learn the wash process and equipment to expand knowledgebase.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Where Clean Cars Begin: Your Role

• As a Team member, you will focus on providing exceptional customer service and focus sales efforts by engaging potential customers and presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling products to existing customers!
