Express Wash Concepts is hiring a Team Member for Flying Ace Express Car Wash in Moraine, OH. This part-time role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, presenting Unlimited Wash Club options, and upselling add-ons to customers at the point of sale.

You’ll work outdoors in various weather conditions, assist customers, and learn the wash process. Paid vacation, uniforms, and ongoing training are provided to support growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Educate customers on Unlimited Wash Club benefits.
• Greet and exceed customer expectations with a strong first impression.
• Pitch memberships and upsell products to new and existing customers.
• Maintain quality assurance through basic quality checks.

Your workday will also consist of, but not be limited to:* Educating our customers on the benefits of our Unlimited Wash Club* Greet and exceed customer expectations through long-lasting first impressions.* Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.* Maintain quality assurance through accurate Quality Control checks.* Comply with all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.* Properly address all customer escalations in a calm and collected manner.* Understand and operate basic functional retail equipment (computer, POS, etc.)* Pitch our membership when interacting with new customers.* Learn the wash process and equipment to expand the knowledgebase.* Perform other related duties as required and assigned. **What You’ll Need to Shine*** High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.* Stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.* Work outdoors in all weather conditions.* Lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.* Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and a professional appearance.* Follow safety guidelines and wear the required safety equipment.
