Express Wash Concepts is hiring at Flying Ace Express Car Wash in Dayton, OH for a Team Member role. Starting pay is $15.00/hour with opportunities to grow within the company through training, recognition, and advancement paths.

You will focus on delivering exceptional customer service, presenting Unlimited Wash Club options, and upselling products while ensuring a fast, friendly customer experience on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and educate customers on unlimited wash options.
• Greet customers and make a strong first impression to drive satisfaction.
• Upsell memberships and car wash packages to new and existing customers.
• Operate basic retail equipment and POS systems.
• Follow safety guidelines and SOPs and address escalations calmly.

Where Clean Cars Begin: Your Role

As a Team member, you will focus on providing exceptional customer service andfocussales efforts byengaging potential customers and presenting monthly unlimited car wash packagesand upselling products to existing customers! Your workday will also consist of, but not be limited to:

• Educating our customers on the benefits of our Unlimited Wash Club
• Greet and exceed customer expectations through long-lasting first impressions.
• Actively engage withcustomerspre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Maintain quality assurance throughaccurateQuality Control checks.
• Comply withall safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Properly address all customer escalations in a calm and collected manner.
• Understand andoperatebasic functional retail equipment (computer, POS, etc.)
• Pitch our membership when interacting with new customers.
• Learn the wash process and equipment to expand theknowledgebase.
• Perform other related duties asrequiredand assigned.
