Popeyes in Thornton, CO is seeking enthusiastic Team Members to join our crew. You will help deliver exceptional guest service, prepare Popeyes signature menu items, and contribute to a fun, positive restaurant atmosphere.

You will greet guests, take orders, operate the cash register, and ensure food is fresh and well-presented. Maintain cleanliness, stock supplies, and follow health and safety guidelines while collaborating with teammates to hit daily goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required - we provide training!
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for delivering great guest service.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude, ensuring they feel welcome
• Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register efficiently
• Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items according to brand standards
• Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior
• Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily operational goals
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed
• Lift and carry items (up to 60 pounds) and stand for extended periods
