Job summary

Flynn Arby’s is hiring Team Members to deliver friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced dining room and kitchen environment. You’ll help prepare and serve quality food, handle cash and transactions, and keep spaces clean and welcoming for guests.

Team members collaborate across shifts, support accurate inventory, and follow safety guidelines. Prior restaurant experience is welcome but not required, with benefits including meal discounts, health insurance, daily pay, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food/hospitality preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve quality food products in a fast-paced environment
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, restrooms, and kitchen
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
