Job summary

Flynn Arby’s is hiring team members to deliver friendly service in a fast-paced dining room. You will help prepare and serve quality food, keep areas clean, and support the team to ensure a great guest experience.

No previous restaurant experience required, but strong communication and reliability help. You should be able to stand long hours, handle multitasking, and work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in the food/hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve quality food products in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, restrooms, and kitchen.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
