Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required to meet business needs. You will work as part of a team to ensure a welcoming environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, food service, or customer service preferred.
• On-the-job training provided for all new team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders using the POS system.
• Prepare food items, ice cream treats, and beverages to brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas and restrooms.
• Follow food safety and health guidelines at all times.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
• Collaborate with team to meet service and speed goals.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Address guest questions or concerns professionally.
