Job summary

Refuel is seeking a Dairy Queen Team Member to deliver friendly, fast, and accurate service while preparing food and treats to brand standards. You will support daily restaurant operations with excellent customer service, cleanliness, and teamwork to ensure a positive guest experience.

Qualified candidates will bring basic food safety knowledge, strong customer service skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and take orders accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Prepare food items, ice cream treats, and beverages according to Dairy Queen standards.
• Assemble and present orders quickly and correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and restrooms.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines at all times.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet service and speed goals.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Address guest questions or concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
