Job summary

Continental Carbonic, a manufacturer and distributor of dry ice and liquid carbon dioxide, seeks Team Members for its Beatrice, NE manufacturing plant. This 12-hour shift position (7 AM–7 PM or 7 PM–7 AM) requires working every other weekend and scheduled holidays to support productivity, quality and safety.

Responsibilities include packing and wrapping ice to specifications, labeling and staging dry ice, forklift operation, and moving between departments as directed.

Qualifications

• Experience required/Preferred 1-3 years; food safety experience.
• Ability to follow directions, arrive on time, and follow safe work practices.
• Strong teamwork and attention to detail for quality.

Thisintegrated distribution network ensures that Continental Carbonic can quicklyreact to customers' needs.

We are looking for Team Members for our manufacturingplant in Beatrice, NE. Our Team Members are responsible forproviding support to achieve optimal levels of productivity, quality, andsafety. This position is a 12 hour shift from either 7AM-7PM or 7PM-7AM,working every other weekend and scheduled holidays.

Packing and wrapping ice to customer specifics
Shoveling and packaging dry ice during the manufacturing process - Labeling, strapping, and staging of dry ice for loading
Cleaning and sanitizing large industrial containers
Safe forklift operation
Will be required to move from one department to another or to be moved to and from positions/stations as directed by supervisor and leads.

JOB FUNCTIONS

Essential Functions:

Able to frequently/continually lift 30lbs while twisting, reaching and bending
Able to stand for a 12-hour shift in non-climate-controlled environment
Demonstrated ability to work on a team

QUALIFICATIONS
