Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in Montebello, CA is hiring Team Members and Delivery Drivers to create joyful guest experiences from front to heart of the house. You’ll frost cakes, help customers choose the perfect treat, and ensure orders are accurate and on time.

We value energy, reliability, and strong communication. Must be 21+, hold a valid driver’s license, and be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a friendly, fast-paced, franchise environment.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record with no moving violations.
• Previous delivery driver experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn to frost our delicious cakes and help guests order the right cake.

At Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC), our Team Member/Delivery Drivers learn how to create joy for our guests in every way, from the front of the house to the heart of the house! As a Team Member, you will:

• Learn to frost our delicious cakes, available in four sizes and tons of exciting flavors, making every moment for our guests extra sweet
• Have the opportunity to flex and grow your time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
• Play party planner by helping guests order the right cake for their celebrations and making sure their orders go off without a hitch
• Make everyone feel welcomed, and you’ll create an environment of generosity, happiness, and joy in your community

As a Delivery Driver, you will:

• Load, transport, and deliver cakes in a safe, timely manner with a friendly attitude.
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete.
• Protect the quality of the NbC product.
• Adhere to assigned routes and following time schedules.
• Abide by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
• Keep vehicle organized, clean and tidy.
• Comply with all health and safety guidelines and NbC policies and procedures, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene.
• Maintain a consistent work attendance and punctuality record.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Exhibits high energy and strong interpersonal skills; is friendly, helpful, positive, patient, socially confident and communicative.
• Is diligent, organized, and self-motivated.
• Has the ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
• Skilled and confident driver.
• Comfortable maneuvering and parking a vehicle.
• Alert, focused, and detail-oriented with an innate sense of direction.
• Proficient in using GPS and other routing systems.

Education, Certifications, and Work Experience Requirements:

Work Availability:

Must have the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on changing business demands.
