Carrols owns and operates more than 1,000 Burger King Restaurants. We need great people on our team! As a Team Member, you will be part of a fast-paced team that serves up the best burgers and enjoys working together. Your role involves making food, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Serving burgers and other menu items to customers
• Welcoming customers, taking accurate orders, and handling payments
• Keeping restrooms, dining area, and kitchen clean and compliant with safety standards
• Packaging food and drinks and ensuring the restaurant remains clean and safe
• Answering customer questions and resolving issues as needed

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a team
• Physical ability to stand for several hours, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform manual tasks
• Good communication and reading skills
• Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and reach frequently
