As a Team Member, you will become an important member of a fast-paced team that serves up the best burgers around and has a great time doing it! What Does a TEAM MEMBER do?

• Serves our sizzling burgers to hungry customers
• Welcomes the customer, takes accurate orders, and manages their payments operating a cash register
• Maintains cleanliness in restrooms, dining area, and kitchen to meet safety and health standards

Our stores get flaming busy! Our Team Members need to work as a team in a fast-paced environment to keep our guests happy and full. Responsibilities include packaging food and drinks, and ensuring the restaurant maintains health and safety standards.

We always want our customers to be happy, so you may have to answer questions or resolve issues occasionally.

Requirements

• You must be at least 16 years old
• You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with your team
• Remaining on your feet for several hours, lifting up to 25 pounds, manual dexterity, communication skills, and physical activities like bending and reaching are required
