Express Wash Concepts LLC is hiring a Team Member at Clean Express Auto Wash in Sylvania, OH, starting at $15.00 per hour. Qualifications

• Customer service and sales abilities; upsell monthly Unlimited Wash Club.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout site in a fast-paced environment.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 25 lbs consistently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales by presenting monthly unlimited wash packages.
• Educate customers on Unlimited Wash Club benefits.
• Greet customers and create positive first impressions.
• Engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Perform quality control checks and follow safety procedures.
• Operate basic retail equipment (POS) and related tools.
• Upsell products and memberships.
• Perform other duties as required.
