• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and upsell Unlimited Wash Club packages.
• Greet customers and create a positive first impression.
• Educate customers on Unlimited Wash Club benefits.
• Engage with customers pre- and post-wash to ensure satisfaction.
• Operate POS and basic retail equipment.
• Follow safety guidelines and quality checks.
• Address escalations calmly and professionally.
• Perform other duties as required.
