Job summary

Express Wash Concepts is hiring a Team Member at our Madison Heights location. Join one of the region’s fastest-growing car wash operators and help deliver fast, friendly service while promoting Unlimited Wash Club memberships.

You will greet customers, explain membership benefits, process sales at the POS, and support daily operations in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Training and growth opportunities are available for career advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and upsell unlimited wash memberships.
• Greet customers and exceed expectations with a strong first impression.
• Engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure satisfaction.
• Operate basic retail equipment (computer, POS) and process sales.
• Learn the wash process and equipment to expand knowledge.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Where Clean Cars Begin: Your Role As a Team member, you will focus on providing exceptional customer service and focus sales efforts by engaging potential customers and presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling products to existing customers! Your workday will also consist of, but not be limited to:

• Educating our customers on the benefits of our Unlimited Wash Club
• Greet and exceed customer expectations through long-lasting first impressions.
• Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Maintain quality assurance through accurate Quality Control checks.
• Comply with all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Properly address all customer escalations in a calm and collected manner.
• Understand and operate basic functional retail equipment (computer, POS, etc.)
• Pitch our membership when interacting with new customers.
• Learn the wash process and equipment to expand the knowledgebase.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
