Job summary

Express Wash Concepts in Perrysburg, OH, is hiring a Team Member to deliver outstanding customer service and drive value through membership programs. You will greet customers, educate them on the Unlimited Wash Club, and upsell monthly packages while following safety guidelines and operating basic retail equipment.

This role offers growth opportunities and a starting wage of $15 per hour. You will work outdoors in all weather, stand for long shifts, and join a team known for growth and community

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site in a fast-paced environment.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 25 lbs consistently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and promote memberships.
• Educate customers on Unlimited Wash Club benefits.
• Greet customers and exceed expectations with strong first impressions.
• Upsell monthly unlimited car wash packages and related products.
• Perform quality checks and follow safety procedures.
• Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
• Operate basic retail equipment (POS, computer).
• Learn wash process and equipment to expand knowledge.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Where Clean Cars Begin: Your Role

As a Team member, you will focus on providing exceptional customer service andfocussales efforts byengaging potential customers and presenting monthly unlimited car wash packagesand upselling products to existing customers! Your workday will also consist of, but not be limited to:

• Educating our customers on the benefits of our Unlimited Wash Club
• Greet and exceed customer expectations through long-lasting first impressions.
• Actively engage withcustomerspre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Maintain quality assurance throughaccurateQuality Control checks.
• Comply withall safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Properly address all customer escalations in a calm and collected manner.
• Understand andoperatebasic functional retail equipment (computer, POS, etc.)
• Pitch our membership when interacting with new customers.
• Learn the wash process and equipment to expand theknowledgebase.
• Perform other related duties asrequiredand assigned.
