Position Summary:

The line positions are essential to the daily success of the restaurant. Our mission is to serve hearty and flavorful food, and it must be done right! The line is the front line of our operation, and standards must be exceeded to ensure we fulfill our mission.

Job Requirements:

1. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
2. Excellent knowledge of menu and products.
3. Accountable for preparing guest orders accurately.
4. Effective communication with guests, handling questions and concerns professionally.
5. Team player.
6. Sincerely thanks guests for their business.
7. Participates in Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation fundraising initiatives.
8. Maintains an organized, stocked, and sanitary workspace.
9. Willing to perform other restaurant functions such as cashiering or cleaning as directed by management.
10. Adheres to all food safety and safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
11. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Compensation: $9.50 - $10.00
