Auntie Anne's in Belvidere, IL is seeking reliable Team Members to greet guests, bake and serve pretzels, and handle cash transactions. You will maintain a clean, food-safe workspace and support teammates during peak shifts.

This role offers flexible scheduling (20–40 hours/week), free on-duty meals, employee discounts, paid training, and advancement opportunities. Prior food service is welcome but not required; dependability and a positive attitude are key.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Availability to work at least one weekend day each week.
• Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and preparedness for scheduled shifts.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and stay active during shifts.
• Comfortable in warm and cold environments near ovens and prep areas.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Ability to taste-test products as part of quality control.
