Responsibilities

• Promote the culture, values and mission of honeygrow while maintaining a high level of customer service via extraordinary hospitality.

• Exceed guest expectations through authenticity, expertise and responsiveness.
• Proactively identify and assist guests who may require support during their visit.
• Learn and master honeygrow's culinary techniques and skills provided on‑site.
• Execute dishes accurately within a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Prep fresh vegetables, proteins and cheeses.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in both front‑of‑house (FOH) and back‑of‑house (BOH) areas.
• Engage with guests and educate them on our food, brand and mission.
• Adhere to food safety procedures and safety/sanitation guidelines.
• Encourage a learning atmosphere by undergoing cross‑training on multiple stations and training new team members.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be able to meet the scheduling needs of the restaurant.
• Previous experience working in a fast‑paced restaurant environment preferred.

Pay Rate
