Job summary

The Salema Group is seeking team-oriented individuals to join our Dunkin’ franchise in South Berwick, ME. You will help create a welcoming guest experience, prepare drinks and bakery items to our standards, and keep dining and prep areas clean while supporting end-of-day closing procedures.

This role offers a base hourly pay with tips, opportunities to learn and grow, and benefits such as insurance, paid time off, and tuition assistance through SNHU Online Programs.

Pay

• Full-time: Up to $16.00/hour + tips
• Part-time: $12.50-$14.50/hour + tips
