Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants in Redford, MI is hiring Team Members to deliver fast, bold food and excellent guest service. You’ll help ensure guests have a positive experience, assist in various positions, and grow with a dynamic, high-energy team.

You’ll complete cross-training, stay safety-focused, and align with our values of integrity, service, excellence and courage to be bold and grow. Training and development opportunities are available on day one.

Qualifications

• Guest service or food preparation experience preferred.
• Basic math skills; ability to work a flexible schedule and extended hours.
• High energy to keep up with fast-paced environment.

• Food Safety Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfaction.
• Escalate concerns or recommendations to the General Manager.

PURPOSE OF YOUR WORK
