Summary: Responsible for completing a variety of tasks relating to the preparation and service of food to customers, and the maintenance of a clean, pleasant dining environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and thank customers.
• Take and relay customer orders via verbal communication and automated systems.
• Cook, prepare, package, and pour food and beverages utilizing kitchen equipment while adhering to food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Stock kitchen and customer service operations with necessary materials.
• Stock salsa bars with appropriate levels of sauces, condiments, paper, and utensils.
• Fill food and beverage orders as part of coordinated kitchen and service operations.
• Collect customer payments and give proper change via cash register.
• Unload deliveries of food, beverage, packaging, and serving materials.
• Clean interior and exterior of the restaurant: sweeping, mopping, scrubbing tables, seats, windows, doors, countertops, kitchenware, equipment, and removing litter.
• Observe/follow alcoholic beverage laws where applicable.
• Maintain safe public access to the restaurant.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
