Job summary

Auntie Anne’s is hiring team members to prepare doughs and products, bake pretzels, and serve guests with a friendly, efficient attitude. You will handle orders, operate the cash register, and help maintain clean, safe store areas.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to store policies. Ideal candidates bring a positive attitude, flexibility with shifts, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs while standing for long periods, ensuring quick, accurate service and guest

Responsibilities

• Prepare doughs and other products (pretzels, drinks, etc.).
• Roll, twist and bake pretzels; monitor ovens and color.
• Operate cash registers per procedures and assist customers.
• Greet guests, upsell and provide friendly service.
• Set up and break down equipment, clean and maintain workspace.
• Follow Auntie Anne’s dress code and policies.

JOB SUMMARYPerforms tasks required for the preparation and presentation of Auntie Anne’s products to its customers, and for the maintenance of the Auntie Anne’s store premises and equipment, in accordance with Auntie Anne’s Threefold Philosophy, operating standards, and policies.ESSENTIAL DUTIESDepending upon shift and station assignment, may be required to:Prepare doughs and other products (lemonade, butter, Dutch ice, etc.)Roll and twist pretzelsDip, shape, and salt pretzelsInsert, rotate, and remove pretzel trays; monitor ovens for correct baking time and product colorDip, drain, and file pretzels in RoundupPrepare specialty pretzelsPrepare drinks and bag ordersAt all times exhibit a friendly, courteous attitude toward customers and co-workersGUESTS: Greet customers, Urgency, Eye contact, Suggestive selling, Thank you, and Smile/voice inflectionAccurately operate cash registers in accordance with Cash Register ProceduresSet up equipment, utensils, and supplies at openingBreak down, clean, and put away equipment, utensils, and supplies at closingPerform cleaning and maintenance procedures as directed by person in charge of shiftComply at all times with Auntie Anne’s dress code and personal appearance standardsComply with all Auntie Anne’s policies and procedures, including relevant federal and state regulations regarding mixers and ovens, e.g., safety and environmental standards, OSHA, EPA, Right-to-Know, EEO, ADA, et al.Perform all essential duties of this position in a safe and effective manner, consistent with the prescribed method and guidelines established by Auntie Anne’s Inc.Perform other duties as directed by Manager or Shift LeaderQUALIFICATIONSMust possess the following traits: positive attitude, teachable spirit, and outgoing personality.
