Job summary

Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking an Associate to start your career on the lot, in the tunnel, and at the vacuum station. You will guide guests through the wash experience, keep operations moving, and contribute to a day that’s cleaner and better for customers.

No prior experience is required, and a 60-day certification program sets you up from day one. This hands-on role is outdoors, fast-paced, and team-centered, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at Welcome Station and guide them through the wash experience.
• Assist with member sign-ups, changes, and account management.
• Operate wash equipment safely and efficiently at Wash Station.
• Engage customers at Convenience Station and drive member satisfaction (CX).
• Stock and organize detail centers to ensure accessibility and inventory accuracy.
• Empty trash cans and maintain clean work areas.
• Maintain vacuum stations and check for clogs.
• Perform opening and closing duties to ensure smooth operations.
• Keep the tunnel clean and safe, and prepare towels and materials as needed.

If you're someone who needs to be on the move to feel alive, this is your kind of place.Key Responsibilities:Welcome Station and Sales PerformanceProvide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.Support sales and membership growth through consistent processes and knowledgeable guidance.Assist with member sign-ups, changes, and account management.Follow company policies related to pricing and discounts.Wash Station ServiceFollow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized wash area.Assist with vehicle preparation, including identifying preexisting conditions.Operate wash equipment safely and efficiently.Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding operational issues.Convenience StationEngage with customers professionally to ensure a positive experience and encourage Google reviews.Manage member accounts, including cancellations, plan changes, and overall member experience (CX).Stock and organize detail centers to maintain accessibility and inventory accuracy.Empty trash cans regularly and maintain clean work areas.Maintain vacuum stations by checking for clogs and emptying canisters.Perform general site upkeep, including trash pickup, weed removal, and other maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment.General DutiesMaintain professional conduct and adhere to uniform standards at all times.Perform opening and closing duties to ensure smooth operations.Clean and maintain the tunnel to ensure safety and operational efficiency.Prepare towels and other necessary materials to support daily operations.#LI-DNIWhat We’re Looking ForWe don't hire for what you know.
