Job summary

AES Restaurants is hiring for restaurant crew across multiple roles at Arby’s locations. You’ll be part of a team delivering a positive dining experience, handling cash or drive-thru interactions, and supporting kitchen and front-of-house staff.

We offer flexible shifts, health benefits, a health savings account, paid time off, and an employee rewards program. Training covers cashier, drive-thru, and sandwich-board positions to help you grow.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Willingness to learn and take direction in a busy setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests at the counter and drive-thru.
• Prepare orders and operate POS in a friendly manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety practices.
• Support team to ensure quick, accurate service.

What will you do?

As a member of our restaurant team you will be an important part of creating a positive dining experience for the guests visiting your restaurant.Whether you’re a cashier, working the drive thru, front of the house staff, or in the kitchen, you and your team will be the reason your customers continue coming back.

You will be trained on all crew positions such as, cashier, drive thru, and the sandwich board.

We try to be flexible with our schedules so when you apply just let us know your preference.
