Job summary

AES Restaurant Group, LLC (Arby’s) is hiring entry-level restaurant crew for Lavonia, GA. As a team member you may work cashier, drive-thru, front of house or kitchen roles and help deliver a positive dining experience for every guest. You’ll be trained on all crew positions.

We offer Full Time and Part Time shifts, health insurance, a Health Savings Account, PTO and an employee rewards program. We’re flexible with schedules and welcome your preferences.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Stand for 8-10 hours.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Climb ladders for general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests as cashier, in drive-thru, or front of house.
• Support kitchen and crew members to ensure smooth service.
• Be trainable and flexible with schedule preferences.

What will you do?

As a member of our restaurant team you will be an important part of creating a positive dining experience for the guests visiting your restaurant.Whether you’re a cashier, working the drive thru, front of the house staff, or in the kitchen, you and your team will be the reason your customers continue coming back.

You will be trained on all crew positions such as, cashier, drive thru, and the sandwich board.

We try to be flexible with our schedules so when you apply just let us know your preference.
