Job summary

Dunkin' is hiring a Restaurant Team Member to prepare food and beverages, take orders, and deliver great guest service. You will follow brand standards, maintain a clean workspace, and help stock and organize the service areas. Must be 18+, with strong teamwork and a guest-focused attitude.

Experience with fast-paced service and willingness to learn are valued. Training is provided to ensure quality and speed in drive-thru or front-counter operations.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standards.
• Take orders at Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments if applicable.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and service areas.
• Stock items at the workstation and organize stock rooms.
