QDOBA is seeking a friendly Team member to greet guests, assist with food preparation, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced setting.

You will follow recipes, keep work areas clean, restock supplies, and collaborate with teammates to ensure a positive guest experience. Weekend and holiday availability is required, with potential for advancement.

Qualifications

POSITION SUMMARY: As a Team member, you would prepare and serve our guests. As part of this, you would help maintain the high-quality product by following our quality and safety standards.

Job Functions:

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• May be required to reach, bend, stoop, climb, and/or lift up to 50 pounds.
• May be required to operate/access equipment at standard heights while walking or standing during entire shift.
• Hazards include, but are not limited to, slipping, tripping, burns, cuts, abrasions, and falls.
• Must be willing to work a variety of shifts, sometimes exceeding beyond eight hours, based on operating hours.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
