Qdoba in Sparks, NV is seeking a Team Member to prepare and serve guests, while upholding quality and safety standards. You will greet guests, follow recipes, and contribute to a clean, welcoming dining area as part of a positive team.

You will work with coworkers to ensure guest satisfaction, maintain accurate food handling, and support promotions and meal discounts. This entry-level role offers growth opportunities and flexible shifts.

POSITION SUMMARY: As a Team member, you would prepare and serve our guests. As part of this, you would help maintain the high-quality product by following our quality and safety standards.

Job Functions:

• Enthusiastically greet all guests when they enter the restaurant.

• Clean, organize, and restock all stations.
• Clean utensils, equipment, walls and floors.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and display professionalism at all times.
• Recognize and adhere to all sanitation, safety, security policies and procedures to provide a safe environment for all.
• Perform other tasks as directed by management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• May be required to reach, bend, stoop, climb, and/or lift up to 50 pounds.
• May be required to operate/access equipment at standard heights while walking or standing during entire shift.
• Hazards include, but are not limited to, slipping, tripping, burns, cuts, abrasions, and falls.
• Must be willing to work a variety of shifts, sometimes exceeding beyond eight hours, based on operating hours.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
