Job summary

Soulman’s is seeking team members in the United States to deliver Texas-style barbecue with friendly, energetic service. You will join a fast-paced environment, help with food preparation and cashier duties, and support daily operations while staying compliant with health guidelines.

Ideal candidates are 16+ years old, reliable, and ready to learn multiple positions. Training and a positive team culture are emphasized at Soulman’s for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Willing to be cross-trained for multiple positions.

Responsibilities

• Report to work as scheduled, on time, well-groomed in proper uniform.
• Provide exceptional service to each customer.
• Be a team player – help other team members as needed.
• Be familiar with menu items and specials.
• Perform tasks as assigned by Managers.

• Ability to work standing for extended periods of time, including bending, lifting, and reaching
• Willing to work as scheduled
• Ability to work with continuous use of hands and arms
• Willing to adhere to all uniform and safety standards
