Job summary

Soulman’s is seeking a friendly restaurant team member in Texas to provide exceptional customer service, operate the cash register, and assist with food preparation. You will work as part of a team to deliver the highest quality barbecue and a great guest experience.

Ideal candidates are 16 or older, reliable, able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and prepared to be cross-trained for multiple roles while following all health guidelines and store policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age.
• Ability to follow instructions and learn procedures.
• Willing to be cross-trained for multiple positions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Work as scheduled and adhere to health guidelines.
