Job summary

Everyday Coffee Company is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to join our Dunkin’–style restaurant team. You will prepare food and beverages, follow brand standards, and deliver great guest service in a fast-paced environment.

You will maintain a clean, safe workspace, assemble and package orders, take drive-thru or counter orders, and help teammates meet speed of service while ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.

Overview

A Dunkin’ Restaurant Team Member is generally responsible for preparing food and beverages according to Dunkin’ operational standards, providing guests with great service, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Responsibilities Include

• Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems
• Follow food safety standards
• Prepare food and beverages
• Assemble and package orders
• Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest questions
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas
• Stock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstation
• Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable)
• Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests
• Serve and communicate with guests
• Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas

Education/Experience

• You must be at least 18 years old
• HS Diploma or GED preferred

Physical Demands/Working Conditions

• Standing on feet
