Job summary

R&R Bbq in Riverton, Utah is hiring immediately for full-time crew members with flexible schedules. You’ll join a fast-paced team, deliver great BBQ to our fans, and have fun while you work.

Your day includes taking orders, handling cash, restocking and cleaning stations, food preparation, and upholding safety standards. Applicants must be at least 16 years old; restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Taking orders at the cash register.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and all R&R standards.
• Restock stations and keep them clean and organized.
• Stand and walk for an entire shift – this role is constantly in motion to deliver mind-blowing meals to our fans.
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, portioning, or preparing sauces).
• Prepare menu items in cooperation with the rest of the crew.
• Clean up station and take care of leftover food.
• Stock inventory appropriately.
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with crewmates and fans.

Hourly Wage depends on the Tipped amount each shift.
