Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Reno, NV is seeking Team Members to join our friendly, fast-paced store. You’ll help deliver great guest experiences, keep the shop clean, and ensure food and beverages meet quality standards.

This role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for growth. Starting pay ranges from $11 to $17.60 per hour, with tips and potential advancement as many Team Members move into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming atmosphere from entry.
• Help ensure quality of food and beverages and keep the store clean and safe.
• Assist with basic transactions and maintain friendly guest interactions.
