Job summary

Jamba is hiring entry-level TEAM MEMBERS in Redding, CA. Join our fun, fast-paced environment and help deliver healthy, crave-worthy smoothies and bowls to guests. No experience required; we train you on our POS systems, cash handling, and customer service.

What We're Looking For:

• Age 16+ (Worker's Permit required if under 18)
• 0-1 year experience in food service or retail (we'll train you!)
• Ability to stand, bend, scoop, and move around during shifts
• Comfort working in cold environments (walk-in fridge/freezer)
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to taste-test products for quality
• Cash handling and customer service skills preferred
• English comprehension for instructions and communication

Bonus Points For:

• High school diploma or currently attending school
• Tech-savvy with POS systems, smartphones, and tablets
• Familiarity with food industry or nutrition terms (not required, but cool!)
