Job summary

Jamba in Fresno, CA is seeking enthusiastic team members to join our vibrant store. You will assist customers, prepare smoothies and bowls, handle transactions, and help maintain a clean, friendly environment.

No experience is required—training is provided. You’ll develop customer service skills, learn POS systems, and grow with opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced, health-focused brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or retail preferred but training provided.
• Able to stand and move around during shifts.
• Comfort working in cold environments (walk-in fridge/freezer).
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• English comprehension for instructions.

Responsibilities

What We're Looking For:

• Age 16+ (Worker's Permit required if under 18)
• 0-1 year experience in food service or retail (we'll train you!)
• Ability to stand, bend, scoop, and move around during shifts
• Comfort working in cold environments (walk-in fridge/freezer)
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to taste-test products for quality
• Cash handling and customer service skills preferred
• English comprehension for instructions and communication
