Job summary

Firehouse Subs | Firebox, LLC in Pace, FL is seeking Crew Members for full-time or part-time roles. Starting pay is $14.00 per hour plus tip share, with weekly tips averaging $1.50 to $2.50, giving an effective rate of $15.50 to $16.50 per hour.

You’ll train across stations, delivering great customer service on every shift. Crew Members are on their feet most of the shift, serving customers promptly and maintaining quality food prep.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or food-service preferred.
• Ability to work at multiple stations (cashier and sandwich maker).

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders and prepare sandwiches per directions.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.

We are currently looking for passionate Crew Members to join our team! We are hiring for FULL- and PART-TIME positionsstarting pay is $14.00 per hour plus tip share paid weekly which currently average $1.50 to $2.50 per hour added to your regular pay. Your effective hourly rate is $15.50 to $16.50 per hour.

The Crew Members are on their feet for the majority of the shift while working different stations in the sub making process. Initially, Crew Members are trained in one position, i.e. Cashier, Sandwich Makers, then eventually cross-trained for all positions. Your job is to make sure that our customers have a fantastic experience-- so delivering top-notch customer service for every shift is critical!
