Job summary

Firehouse Subs in Gulfport is seeking enthusiastic Crew Members for both full-time and part-time roles. Starting pay is $13/hr with tips for open availability, or $11/hr for partial availability, with opportunity for advancement and weekly pay.

Shifts are flexible (morning, midday, afternoon) with day shifts preferred. Crew Members rotate through stations, deliver great customer service, and may be cross-trained across positions to ensure a smooth, fast-paced service experience.

Job description

We are currently looking for passionate Crew Members to join our team! We are hiring for FULL- TIME and PART-TIME positions. $13/hr starting pay plus tips for open availability. $11/hr starting pay for partial availability. Opportunities for advancement and paid weekly.

We have very flexible shifts available including morning, mid day and afternoon! Day shift availability is preferable.

The Crew Members are on their feet for the majority of the shift while working different stations in the sub making process. Initially, Crew Members are trained in one position, i.e. Cashier, Sandwich Makers, then eventually cross-trained for all positions. Your job is to make sure that our customers have a fantastic experience-- so delivering top-notch customer service for every shift is critical!
