Whistle Express Car Wash in Orange Park, FL, is seeking an Associate to guide guests through the wash experience, keep the site running smoothly, and ensure a positive guest day. The role is hands-on on the lot, in the tunnel, and at the vacuum station, with a 60-day certification program for new hires and daily impact on operations.

You’ll be part of a tight-knit crew, working outdoors in various weather, with performance-based goals and opportunities for growth within the site.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Station and Sales: Provide excellent customer service with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Support sales and membership growth through consistent processes and guidance.
• Assist with member sign-ups, changes, and account management.
• Follow pricing and discounts policies.
• Wash Station Service: Operate wash equipment safely and efficiently.
• Identify preexisting conditions during vehicle preparation.
• Communicate operational issues with team and management.
• Convenience Station: Engage customers and encourage Google reviews.
• Manage member accounts, cancellations, and plan changes.
• Stock detail centers and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Empty trash cans regularly; maintain clean work areas.
• Maintain vacuum stations and perform general site upkeep.
• Perform opening and closing duties to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain tunnel cleanliness and safety.
• Prepare towels and other materials for daily operations.
