Whistle Express in Opelousas, LA is hiring an Associate to guide guests through the wash experience and keep the site running smoothly, from the tunnel to the vacuum station.

This hands-on role is fast-moving, with immediate opportunities to take ownership and contribute to a positive guest experience. A 60-day certification program is provided to set you up for success on day one.

Qualifications

• No experience required; a 60-day structured certification program is provided.
• You are physically active and comfortable working outdoors in all kinds of weather.

Responsibilities

• Welcome station and sales: provide excellent customer service and assist with member sign-ups.
• Wash station service: operate wash equipment safely and communicate issues to the team.
• Convenience station: engage customers and manage member experience and expenses.
• Stock and organize detail centers to maintain accessibility and inventory accuracy.
• Empty trash cans and maintain clean work areas; perform general site upkeep.
• Maintain vacuum stations and tunnel cleanliness; ensure safety and efficiency.
• Perform opening/closing duties and support daily operations.

If you're someone who needs to be on the move to feel alive, this is your kind of place.Key Responsibilities:Welcome Station and Sales PerformanceProvide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.Support sales and membership growth through consistent processes and knowledgeable guidance.Assist with member sign-ups, changes, and account management.Follow company policies related to pricing and discounts.Wash Station ServiceFollow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized wash area.Assist with vehicle preparation, including identifying preexisting conditions.Operate wash equipment safely and efficiently.Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding operational issues.Convenience StationEngage with customers professionally to ensure a positive experience and encourage Google reviews.Manage member accounts, including cancellations, plan changes, and overall member experience (CX).Stock and organize detail centers to maintain accessibility and inventory accuracy.Empty trash cans regularly and maintain clean work areas.Maintain vacuum stations by checking for clogs and emptying canisters.Perform general site upkeep, including trash pickup, weed removal, and other maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment.General DutiesMaintain professional conduct and adhere to uniform standards at all times.Perform opening and closing duties to ensure smooth operations.Clean and maintain the tunnel to ensure safety and operational efficiency.Prepare towels and other necessary materials to support daily operations.#LI-DNIWhat We’re Looking ForWe don't hire for what you know.
