Job summary

Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is looking for Team Members for ColdLine (cashier & custard prep) and HotLine (grill cook and food prep) to deliver a unique mix of fun, great food, and genuine hospitality. Part-time and full-time positions are available with competitive pay based on experience.

As a ColdLine teammate you greet guests, take orders, and keep the dining area tidy, while HotLine teammates craft cooked-to-order burgers.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders at ColdLine, keeping the dining area tidy and stocked
• Prepare custard and dessert items for ColdLine customers
• Cook and prepare items on HotLine with accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards across stations
• Support cross-training and teamwork across the two lines

On the ColdLine, you give guests the first taste of an essential Freddy’s ingredient – hospitality. Through outstanding hospitality, you see to it that every guest’s visit is a great one. As a member of the cheerful and energetic ColdLine team, you welcome guests, place their orders, keep the dining area tidy, and prepare the delicious frozen custard treats.

On the HotLine, you learn the art of handcrafting the Freddy’s Steakburgers. You are a member of the highly talented team that ensures each tasty menu offering is cooked to perfection. As you showcase your skills in the Freddy’s cooked-to-order kitchen, you see to it that quality, accuracy, and timeliness are part of every guest’s visit.
