Job summary

Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is seeking energetic Team Members for ColdLine (cashier & custard prep) or Hotline (grill & prep cook). You’ll greet guests, take orders, prepare frozen custard or steakburgers, and help maintain a clean dining area. Part-time schedules up to 32 hours per week with pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Prior guest service or food service experience is helpful but not required.
• Demonstrates reliability and a positive attitude toward customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders on ColdLine or prepare items on HotLine with accuracy.
• Keep dining area tidy, handle payments, and ensure guest satisfaction.

On the ColdLine,you give guests the first taste of an essential Freddy’s ingredient – hospitality. Through outstanding hospitality, you see to it that every guest’s visit is a great one. As a member of the cheerful and energetic ColdLine team, you welcome guests, place their orders, keep the dining area tidy, and prepare delicious frozen custard treats. On the HotLine, you learn the art of handcrafting the Freddy’s Steakburger. You are a member of the highly talented team that ensures each tasty menu offering is cooked to perfection. As you showcase your skills in Freddy’s cooked-to-order kitchen, you see to it that quality, accuracy, and timeliness are part of every guest’s visit.
