Caribou Coffee is hiring a barista in Menomonie, WI, to deliver warm guest service and hand-crafted beverages in a fast-paced setting. You’ll adapt to multiple roles on shift, manage orders and cash, and keep the cafe clean and well-stocked with a focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections, active listening, personal attention, and the small moments that make someone's day
• Hand-crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes, customizing to Guest preferences
• Confidently moves between barista, greeter, and any other role the shift calls for
• Takes orders and manages the cash drawer accurately, following cash-handling, safety, and security standards
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized, and well-stocked, meeting standards for quality and safety
• Anticipates what's needed next for a Guest or a teammate and acts on it before being asked
• Makes recommendations to Guests grounded in real product knowledge
• Knows when to escalate to a leader and asks for support accordingly
• Shows up for every scheduled shift on time and ready to go, with reliable attendance
