Job summary

Dunkin’ in Napoleon, OH is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to prepare food and beverages to Dunkin’ operational standards while delivering excellent guest service in a fast-paced setting.

You will keep the workspace clean and organized, assist with drive-thru or front counter orders, and learn menu items to answer guest questions with speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED preferred.

• Stock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstation
• Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable)
• Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests
• Serve and communicate with guests
• Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas
