Job summary

Panera Bread is hiring Restaurant Team Members to support our Ohio bakery-café locations. You will meet guests, deliver friendly service, learn multiple roles from cashier to baking and barista, and help maintain cleanliness and safety.

Flexibility is key: 15-40 hours a week, with shifts from early morning to evenings; opportunities for growth and employee meal discounts are offered as part of our Panera perks.

• Meet & greet our guests, delivering excellent customer service in every circumstance.

• Step in & support your manager and team.
• Learn different positions, such as: cashier, baking, drive-thru, salad & sandwich makers, barista, dishwashing, and dining room cleanliness.
• Our cashiers are the friendly face of Panera. You’re in charge of welcoming customers, taking their orders, helping them have a great experience, and sending them off with a smile.
• Our salad & sandwich makers assemble a wide range of menu items ensuring every order is made quickly, correctly, and consistently.
• Be committed to health & food safety.

Panera Bread is now hiring Restaurant Team Members!

We are currently seeking awesome people to cover the following shifts:

Bakery Opener: Typically, between the hours of 5:00AM-1:00PM

Daytime: Typically, between the hours of 7:00AM – 4:00PM

Closers: Typically, between the hours of 4:00PM and 10:00PM

Days and times can be flexible and discussed during the interview.
