Job summary

DRM Inc. is seeking team members for the DReaM Team to provide outstanding service in our restaurant and help meet customers' hunger needs. Roles include designing and preparing meat sandwiches and delivering a positive, inviting customer experience.

Qualifications

• The DReaM Team hires ages 14+
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs
• Display drive, determination, punctuality, and maintain responsibility in working scheduled shifts

Responsibilities

• Providing your best service to customers to meet hunger needs and fulfill DReaM's in making a difference in communities
• Design our meatiest sandwiches
• Slice the sandwiches (ages 18+)
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for teams and customers
• Ensure customers experience is positive and inviting by taking and preparing orders
• Make positive relationships with customers and coworkers to improve quality of life

Minors 16 -17 age $11 - $12 per hour

18 and Older $12 - $13 per hour

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for our teams and customers.
• Ensure our customers experience is positive and inviting by efficiently taking and preparing their orders.
• Make positive and inspiring relationships with customers and coworkers to fulfill yours and their quality of life.
