Job summary

Smoothie King in Madison, AL is hiring Brand Ambassadors to help guests meet fitness and nutrition goals by guiding them to smoothies and retail products. You will be passionate about the brand and eager to take on new challenges, delivering a friendly, energetic guest experience.

Shifts include morning and mid-day, with an emphasis on flexible scheduling and teamwork. No prior food service required, but customer service enthusiasm is a must; duties include prep, opening/closing tasks, and

Qualifications

• Energetic and dynamic team members excited about health and fitness.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Food Service experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to connect and communicate with guests, with a "guest comes first" attitude.

Responsibilities

• Blend delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensure the Guest purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greet and engage the Guest to provide a friendly experience.
• Properly prep all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties.
• Perform store checklist tasks.
• Show up on time and ready to work.
• Live and promote the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.

Morning shift: 6:30am-2:00pm, 7:00am-3:30pm

Mid shift: 12:00pm-5:00pm, 11:30am-4:30pm
