Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking a Brand Ambassador/Team Member to help guests meet fitness and nutrition goals by guiding their smoothie and product choices, and by promoting a healthy, active lifestyle.

The successful teammate will be passionate about the brand, provide a friendly guest experience, handle opening or closing duties, maintain store readiness, and live the company culture and values.

Qualifications

• Energetic and dynamic team members who are excited about health and fitness.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Food Service experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to connect and communicate with guests, with a guest comes first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Blend delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensure the Guest purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greet and engage the Guest to provide a friendly experience
• Properly prep all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties.
• Perform store checklist tasks.
• Show up on time and ready to work.
• Live and promote the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King
