ClearWater Express Wash & BlueWave Express Wash is seeking enthusiastic Team Members to join our locations. You will deliver friendly, professional service, explain wash options, and assist guests with memberships while working across pay stations, tunnels, and outdoor areas.

The role is outdoors in a fast-paced setting with training provided; no car wash experience is required, and career advancement opportunities are available for dedicated team players.

Qualifications

• Previous car wash experience not required; training provided.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, cashiering, or similar roles is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service and guest service to every customer.
• Welcome guests, answer questions, and help customers understand our wash services and membership options.
• Recommend products and services based on each guest's needs.
• Safely direct vehicles into and through the car wash tunnel.
• Work in different areas of the location throughout the day, including the pay station, tunnel, vacuum area, and other guest-facing areas.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming car wash environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
• Work as part of a team to keep the location operating efficiently.
• Represent ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
